Rodriguez Tabbed with GPAC Weekly Honor

Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2025-2026 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Cristelle Rodriguez, Doane University – 131lb Weight Class
Doane University wrestler Cristelle Rodriguez is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Wrestler-of-the-Week.  Rodriguez, a senior from Clovis, California, ranked No. 1 at 124, wrestled up a weight class and knocked off No. 8 Karissa Laz, a two-time NAIA All-American. Her win snapped Laz' 10-match win-streak and helped Doane defeat the 16th-ranked Broncos, 33-13, in each team's first GPAC dual.
