Greco-Roman Squad Takes on Northern Michigan
MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Tiger Greco-Roman Wrestling (TWC) team competed in the program's first-ever dual, traveling to Michigan to take on Northern Michigan University. The teams launched the Wildcat/Tiger Cup, highlighting the two universities who have a Greco-Roman wrestling program. Winning the dual, the Wildcats took the inaugural cup victory, 20-7.
Doane picked up two wins on the day. Ned Kauffman posted an 11-0 tech fall victory at 63 kg and Landen Lorch won by tech fall, 9-0, at 207 lbs (catchweight).
