Dumler Paces Women's Golf at Nebraska Intercollegiate

FREMONT, Neb. - Doane Women's Golf competed in the Nebraska Intercollegiate, hosted by the Nebraska Golf Association, at the Fremont Golf Club. The Tigers posted a two-round total of 654 (323-331) and finished in second place.

Kaitlyn Dumler led the Tigers with a third place finish and score of 155 (78-77). She recorded two birdies in the tournament. Avery Van Horn tied for ninth with a 165 (81-84).

Tia Phaisan, Payton Morgan, and Laila Saunders tied for 12th with a 168. Phaisan posted scores of 82-86, recording three birdies. Morgan also had rounds of 82-86 as she had two birdies. Saunders notched rounds of 84-84, picking up two birdies.

Wayne State was the team champion with a 622 (313-309).

Doane returns to action on October 13 in Windsor, Colo., as they compete at the Hastings Invite on the RainDance National GC.
