Donatelle Pins Way to GPAC Men's Wrestler of the Week Honor

(GPAC RELEASE | SIOUX CITY, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following men's wrestler-of-the-week for contests played January 12-18, 2026. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2025-2026 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Vincent Donatelle, Doane University– 165lb Weight Class

Doane University wrestler Vincent Donatelle is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Wrestler-of-the-Week.  Donatelle, a sophomore from North Port, Florida, broke the school record for fastest fall, regardless of weight class, as he pinned Israel Manriquez in 11 seconds. It was his first win for the Tigers this season after going 8-2 a year ago. He has six pins in his nine career wins, including two in 15 seconds or less.
